Mr. Estes has expertise in leading students through educational transitions while assisting them in developing skills needed to become responsible and life-long learners who will grow, excel, and become successful contributors to the global society.  Mr. Estes was named the Wyoming Assistant Principal of the year for 2017 by the Wyoming Association of Secondary School Principals.  Mr. Estes shared that he is “honored to be continuing forward with the great educational opportunities at Pathways Innovation Center and is excited to work with the students and talented and dedicated staff and teachers at P.I.C.”

NCSD’s High School Leadership team has been working together with District officials to increase awareness, improve enrollment, and continue to develop ways to provide options for students to take advantage of the excellent educational opportunities provided at Pathways Innovation Center. As we move forward, NCSD wants to recognize Chad Sharpe and the dedicated professionals at P.I.C. whose great leadership and vision set into motion the many wonderful educational opportunities NCSD students will be afforded now and into the future.
