Each day, 80 experienced bus drivers transport 5,000 students to and from school in Natrona County. To facilitate transportation of students in an open enrollment district, the department runs a hub system, similar to a public bus system.

The NCSD Transportation Department manages all fleet vehicles, bus drivers, routes, field trip transportation, and WHSSA sanctioned athletics and activities.

Any student who will ride the bus during the 2018-2019 school year will need to register through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Bus registration is completed through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal

– If you do not remember your Infinite Campus Parent Portal login and password please follow the links on the page for resetting your password and/or retrieving your log-in. 



If your address is not correct, we will not be able to correctly route your student’s transportation.

– Infinite Campus must show your current physical address.  This is what our bus routing system uses to assign a stop to your child.

– Your physical address cannot be a P.O. Box.

– If your address is not correct/current, you must correct it through the Parent Portal.

– Change of Address will take up to 2 business days. You must wait to register for transportation until after the change of address is complete.

– If you do not see the corrected changes to your address after three days, please contact NCSD Enrollment Office for assistance in updating your address.

Steps for Registration:

Login to Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Click on the student you wish to register for bus transportation

– If you have multiple students you will need to register each student individually

On the left side of screen, scroll down until you see the Bus Registration Link.

Click the Bus Registration link and complete the required information.

– You will need your student’s ID number – this can be found on the top left side of the Parent Portal homepage (example #270XXXX)


Once you have entered your Bus Registration request, it may take 3-5 business days to process and show in Infinite Campus.

To find your student’s transportation information (bus stop pick-up and drop-off times and location) please log on to Infinite Campus Parent Portal, after 3-5 business days, and click the Transportation link.

The only secondary stops approved will be those for the second guardian/parent, grandparent, or if the student goes to a daycare/after school program.  Secondary stops will be assigned to the closest stop to that address so be sure and type the correct address and zip code.

Note: Those who have been registered for Special Transportation through the IEP process will need to ensure their addresses and parent contact information are current.  If there are any changes to your address or contact information since last school year, please update through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Please also call/leave voicemail @ 253-5281 or email with your updated information so she may route your student.
