Wyoming Food for Thought Project

Wyoming Food for Thought Project is a local non-profit organization dedicated to combating childhood hunger within our community. WFFTP prepares and delivers over 600 food bags weekly to children in our community.

The weekend food bag program provides children with breakfast, lunch, dinner and various snacks for every day they are out of school, from the average two-day weekend to extended holiday breaks. This is a free, confidential and no-questions-asked program. If your child is in need of a food bag, please contact the main office at the school they attend.

We appreciate their dedicated work to help families in our community. The Wyoming Food for Thought Item of the Month is peanut butter! Visit Wyoming Food for Thought Project for more information on how you can help!

NCSD Transportation Drills

The NCSD Transportation Department will be practicing bus evacuations for all students at schools throughout the month of September and early October. Students and staff will load a school bus at your child’s school. A bus driver will provide some brief safety information and then students and staff will practice evacuating the bus. Buses will not leave the school. While not all students ride the bus to and from school, students may ride a bus for field trips or activities. The Natrona County School District Transportation Department is committed to providing all students with a positive and safe riding experience. For questions, please contact NCSD Transportation.
