NCSD Parent News – Student Technology Needs Survey

NCSD Parent News

As the situation around COVID19 is rapidly evolving, proactive and precautionary planning is underway by NCSD in order to identify a variety of options for continued learning and success through the remainder of the school year.  At this time, there has not been a decision made on extended school closure or other alternative virtual learning routes. We will work together with and under the guidance of the Casper Natrona County Health Department, the Wyoming Department of Education, and other local and state authorities as we determine next steps for NCSD.

As we plan for potential virtual learning options, we are asking for families to assist us in better understanding technology needs of all students by filling out the survey linked below.

If you have multiple students in your household, please complete this as a single survey for your household including all students. If you have more than one child in your household, you’ll click the “add a student” link to add information for each additional child. The survey asks for some key demographic information that will assist us in a better understanding of technology needs and internet capabilities for students.

If you are unable to access the survey or need technical support in doing so, please call 307-253- 5200. Please leave a message, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Thank you for your feedback, it will assist us better in proactive planning for the future as we work to address and identify potential options for continued learning.

This survey will be open until Friday, March 27th, 2020.

If you did not receive the link directly, please email communications@myncsd.org.
