NCSD Parent News Jan 18, 2019

January 18th, 2019

Reminder: NCSD Online Open Enrollment is January 3 – 25th, 2019

During the Open Enrollment period, families are able to enroll their children for the 2019-20 school year. NCSD believes no single education style fits the needs of all children. Open Enrollment gives families the opportunity to find the schools that are best for their individual children. The Open Enrollment period is the time for families of the following groups of students to choose their school preference for the 2019-20 school year.

  • New-to-NCSD students
  • Incoming kindergarteners
  • Students moving from 5th to 6th grade
  • Students moving from 8th to 9th grade
  • Students who wish to switch schools

When choosing a school that best fits your child, we encourage you to research schools before you make your selection. NCSD’s Family Guide provides detailed information on each school. Additionally, Open House dates have been scheduled and can be found in the link below.
