NCSD Climate Survey Results

The Natrona County School District is committed to ensuring all district environments are safe, orderly, supportive, and conducive to a climate of high expectations for students, staff, and the community.  This commitment to Safe & Healthy Environments is a priority goal as outlined in NCSD’s Strategic Plan 2019-2024.

The NCSD Climate Survey is the primary measure of this goal. This survey is composed of questions centering around Engagement, Environment, Safety, and Responsibility. The survey was provided to students in grades 4-12, parents, and staff members. 9,706 individuals completed the survey and answered the questions based on their individual school experience!

The survey measures four areas through multiple questions. The four areas measured are Engagement, Environment, Safety, and Responsibility. A score of three (3) is considered to be meeting expectations.

Results of the survey will be utilized to determine effective strategies in place at NCSD and identify areas of improvement at all schools and facilities.

NCSD will continue to work together with students, staff, parents, and our community as we review areas of strength and areas of identified improvement efforts needed as related to the survey results.
