Notice is hereby given that regular meetings of the board of trustees of Natrona County School District Number 1, State of Wyoming, are held each month, at 6 o'clock p.m. on January 13, 2025, January 27, 2025, February 10, 2025, February 24, 2025, March 10, 2025, April 14, 2025, April 28, 2025, May 12, 2025, June 9, 2025, July 14, 2025 (Budget Hearing), August 25, 2025, September 8, 2025, September 22, 2025, October 13, 2025, October 27, 2025, November 10, 2025, November 24, 2025, and December 8, 2025, in the Jefferson Room of the Central Services Facility, 970 N. Glenn Rd., Casper, Wyoming, and such meetings are open to the public.
Board Committee Meetings will be held as follows: Board Infrastructure Committee on the 1st Friday of the month at 10:00 a.m., Board Academic Steering Committee on the 2nd Monday of the month at 3:30 p.m., Board Policy Committee on the 4th Monday of the month at 2:00 p.m., Board Budget Committee on the 4th Monday of the month at 3:30 p.m.
Board committee meetings will be at NCSD Central Services Office located at 970 N. Glenn Road, unless otherwise scheduled and advertised. Board and Committee meetings are subject to change and cancelation. Special meetings may be called by the Board of Trustees as needed and will be advertised. Current meeting information is advertised on natronaschools.org.
Notice is also given that official minutes of each regular or special meeting of such board, including a record of all official acts and of all warrants issued, are available for inspection by any citizen during regular office hours at the office of the clerk of Natrona County School District No. 1, at 970 N. Glenn Rd. Casper, WY 82601.
