These exceptional student artists traveled to the Werner Wildlife Museum, where they selected an animal as inspiration for their realistic piece. Through the collaboration and support of the Werner Museum, students were provided a terrific learning opportunity outside of the classroom to practice and further engage in various art techniques. To capture the wildlife accurately, students paid careful attention to the texture of the fur, the values in their shading, and the animal's proportions.
