All K-12 families should go online or visit their child’s school to complete the required Parental Acknowledgement Forms.
These forms include the necessary and required information for their child(ren) to attend school, participate in athletics or activities, attend field trips, be included in school honor roll lists, school photos, yearbooks, and more.
By completing this process electronically, your child’s school will have a record of your acknowledgement and signature. If parents cannot complete this process electronically, please contact the child’s school for further assistance.
WHAT DO I NEED TO COMPLETE AND WHY?
- Parental Acknowledgement Forms - this includes media release, directory release, handbook acknowledgement, and more. Without this information completed by the Parent/Guardian, your child may not appear in the yearbook, class photos, or school publications such as honor roll lists, academic awards, etc.
- NCSD Social, Academic, Emotional, Behaviors Risk Screener - Please indicate your parental decision (opt-in/out) on SAEBRS.
- Notification of Parental Rights Policy - Please acknowledge the receipt of Natrona County School District policy 4010 - Parental Rights.
STEPS TO COMPLETE THE FORMS
From a computer desktop:

- Log in to your Infinite Campus - Parent Portal - www.natronaschools.org
- Scroll down to the right side of the home page
- Complete all items under this list - this must be completed for each child
- Notification of Parental Rights Policy 4010
- SAEBRS - Opt In/Out (NCSD Social, Academic, Emotional, Behaviors Risk Screener)
- Parental Acknowledgement forms (Directory release, media release, etc.)
From your mobile device

- Log in to your Infinite Campus - Parent Portal App from your phone
- Scroll down to the bottom for a list of the forms to complete
- Complete all items under this list - for each child enrolled
- Notification of Parental Rights Policy 4010
- SAEBRS - Opt In/Out (NCSD Social, Academic, Emotional, Behaviors Risk Screener)
- Parental Acknowledgement forms (Directory release, Media Release, etc.)
IMPORTANT: If you are completing these forms from your mobile device, you must have the most up-to-date version of the Infinite Campus Parent Portal downloaded. Additionally, all software settings on your mobile device and browser must be current and updated.
If you are unable to complete these forms electronically, please visit your child’s school and they will be able to assist you in completing this process and forms.
