MISSION STATEMENT:

The Human Resource Division serves the NCSD community by supporting information technology, knowledge management, employee services, and staff development, through accurate and timely customer service, communication, and by living the Compact.

Goal 1: HR implements effective and efficient recruitment, development, engagement and retention systems

Goal 2: HR will lead the implementation of the philosophical agreements and guiding principles of the Compact

Goal 3: HR will use talents/strengths to provide gold star customer service
