Recruitment
The Natrona County School District puts students first. We know that the adults that students encounter at every step in their journey impact both their learning and their growth. We want only the best adults working with our children. That’s why, as an employee in our district, you will enjoy:
• Competitive salaries. In 2008-09, a market salary analysis placed our employees in the top 85th percentile in terms of salaries in their respective markets. Salaries increase in our district based on experience and education. We also offer competitive benefits, including insurance, preventive health
care, retirement, and wellness incentives.
• Constant opportunities for growth. An enrichment program offers classroom activities for students while staff members learn. Professional development incentives reward staff members for continuing their education. The district provides ongoing trainings for staff members year-round.
• A collaborative approach to decision making. Our NCSD Compact establishes a trust between the district and employee groups, ensuring that all stakeholders are valued and those decisions are made through a consensus process that puts children first.
