Governor to lunch with North Casper students

Governor Matt Mead will share lunch with North Casper Elementary students at noon Thursday, Sept. 8, at the school, 1014 Glenarm. Mead, who will be in Casper for meetings, wants to visit with Natrona County students as they begin a new school year.
