School Description:

ProStart is a national curriculum that is set up to give high school students an extensive introduction to the food service industry. The class covers the curriculum, as well as how to operate a small restaurant and catering operation. The students get an opportunity to gain practical experience working in all facets of a food service operation.

Hours of the program are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The restaurant, which has wireless and accommodates 30 people, is open from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
