Fingerprinting for School Volunteers!

For the safety of our students, Natrona County School District (NCSD) requires chaperones, sponsors, and volunteers to complete a background check:

 – Volunteers in a school setting that have direct teacher/administrator supervision may not need to be fingerprinted; principal discretion.

– Non-NCSD employee chaperones, sponsors, and volunteers that will be leaving campuses with students need to complete the fingerprint process before participating in school-sponsored events.

– There is NO CHARGE to the non-employee chaperone, sponsor, or volunteer.

Please ask all chaperones, sponsors, and volunteers that will be leaving campuses with students to call Human Resources at 253-5225 to schedule a fingerprinting appointment. This is a high-volume period for fingerprinting, and we are not always able to accommodate walk-ins.
