Centennial Middle School’s Pawwwsitively Purrrfect Pet Photo Contest Engages Students

Started by Centennial Campus Supervisor Todd Sexton five years ago, the contest asks students to submit photos of their pets for judging by their peers.

Read Across America Day is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually on March 2— Dr. Seuss’s birthday. The celebration brings together thousands of schools, libraries, and community partners across the country to celebrate reading! Southridge Kindness Club Participates in Bowl for Jason’s Friends

On Saturday, March 3, 30 members of the Southridge Kindness Club participated in the 20th Annual Bowl for Jasons’ Friends. The Southridge Kindness Club raised $3,977 for Wyoming families!

Holocaust Survivor Presentation – Mar. 10

Inga McCoy of KWHS, John Trohkimoinen from NCHS, and Lance Jones from Casper College have put together a Holocaust Seminar March 8-10 in Casper. It is free and open to the public.

The closing session on Saturday afternoon is a presentation from Holocaust survivor Inge Auerbacher. This session will be held in the auditorium at Natrona County High School. Tickets are free to this presentation, but are required for admission and can be obtained  here.

2018-19 NCSD Preschool Registration Information

Registration for NCSD’s preschool program will be from May 1-31, 2018.

Seven schools in Natrona County will host half-day preschool programs during the 2018–19 school year: Bar Nunn, Cottonwood, Evansville, Journey, Lincoln, Midwest, and Pineview Elementary Schools. Preschool students must be 3 or older by September 15, 2018.
