Mills Elementary Honors Heroes

Mills Elementary teachers and school counselors worked with 3rd grade students to determine what they believed it means to be a hero in someone’s life. Students then held a special celebration to honor those individuals.

NCSD Free and Reduced Lunch and Breakfast Information 

The Natrona County School District participates in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program. This program provides free and reduced-price meals to students who qualify. To qualify, each household needs to complete the Family Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals. 

If your family’s financial situation changes throughout the year, you may complete the application again.

Willard Kindergarten Participates in ABC Boot Camp/Fashion Show

During the first semester Willard Elementary’s Kindergarten class learned their letters and phonics through an ABC Bootcamp, then strutted their stuff, and their newfound knowledge, in the culminating ABC Fashion Show.

Weekend Food Bag Program

The Natrona County School District and the Wyoming Food for Thought Project (WFFTP) have once again teamed up to bring the weekend food bag program to hungry kids in our schools.  This program provides a bag of food the last day of the week, over extended holiday breaks, and during the summer months to students identified as needing help eating when school is not in session.
