NCSD Students Compete at Wyoming History Day

Laramie- The Wyoming state history day competition was held on Monday, April 10th at the University of Wyoming. The theme for 2017 is “taking a stand in history”. Several NCSD teams and individuals advanced to the state history day competition after placing well at the Region 3 event in March. The following NCSD teams and individuals placed at the state competition:

(1st and 2nd Place winners advance to the national competition, held June 11-15, 2017, at the University of Maryland, College Park.)

SENIOR DIVISION

1st Place

Wyoming State Historical Society Scholarship

The Wyoming State Historical Society Scholarship, in the amount of $1500, is awarded to a junior or high school senior competing in History Day who plans to attend a Wyoming community college or the University of Wyoming.
