The next deadline to request a salary upgrade for certified staff or an incentive pay upgrade for classified staff is the fifth contact day of the school year which will be August 22, 2008. The request forms are attached for your convenience. Please complete whichever form applies to you and make sure it has been received by our office no later than August 22, 2008. If your transcripts arrive later than Aug. 22nd your upgrade will be processed retroactive to Aug. 22, 2008. Employees are not penalized should their learning institution take longer than expected to forward their transcripts. The most important thing is that the request form has been completed and is in our office by Aug. 22, 2008.
